Package Your Item
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or shipment once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
